The blanket cylinder uses three-spot floated bearing and pneumatic clutch, therefore, the adjustment of pressure is exact.This machine uses external high precision bevel-gear driving and the measure iron edge cylinder which guaranteed the stable pressure transmission and cylinder steady movement,and soppport to print large area sheet,clear screen dot and small characters.The whole machine uses the forced oil lubrication method.It keeps gears, bearings and the other moving parts geting good lubrication.The whole ink supplying parts are composed of 15 ink rollers including 4 forme rollers with different diameters. The reaction is swift and the effect of ink supply is good. The ink duct can be comtrolled by ink duct buttons in each print unit, as well as separated control. The switching is separated for each other, which guarantees adequate ink storing quantity and the ink supplying uniformity. The supply of alcohol & ink are controlled by single motor separately with the method of pneumatic clutch. “Feeder” is produced by specialized manufacturers. reliable paper transfer system enables transferring stably and exactly. With semi-automatic printing plate installing, plate can be registered axially and around, which reduce time of plate installing and adjustment, making convenient for operator. Dampening system has tracking function. The main motor’s rev changes while the dampening system’s rev changes. It enables the supply of plate lubricating liquid.
